Honkai Star Rail: 5 Hidden Quests On The Herta Space…

Nov 18, 2023

Honkai Star Rail has a bunch of quests for you to explore in order to raise your Trailblaze Level! But what is there left to do, after you fought your way through the main story and completed all companion missions or side quests? Seems like it's time to hunt down some of these hidden quests on the Herta Space Station!

Sometimes, quests in Honkai Star Rail are not served to you on a silver platter! You have to explore the world HoYoverse has given to you and find the missions by yourself! Of course, sometimes a quest NPC will approach or message you via your phone, in order to give you side quests, but that is not the case for the hidden ones, which can be found across the whole map!

To start things off, we investigate the Herta Space Station a little more closely and expose five hidden quests in said area!

Where is my detective gear…

Hidden quests are sprinkled across the entire Star Rail universe and can be found by interacting with objects or characters. Discover the world a little closer and dive into exciting story elements or just some funny and light-hearted jokes.

The first region we enter is the Herta Space Station! Even here, you can find a bunch of hidden quests! Let's look into five of them in detail!

All quests are located on the Herta Space Station!

The origami paper cranes around the Herta Space Station are not just pretty to look at, you can even get a little reward by collecting them.

Reward: 20 Hertareum / 5000 Credits Location: You can initiate the quest in the Supply Zone at the monitors.

The security system will ask you a bunch of questions, which will ultimately end in the request to find the four paper cranes in this room.

They are hidden within the corners of said room, however, one of them is actually outside in front of the door! Don't worry, they are super easy to find.

Three of the four cranes do not have the required password written on them, and instead you can find little notes and stories from members of the space station crew on it!

They are definitely worth reading as well!

The triple key card door can only be opened, after finding all the three keys around the space station.

Rewards: Emptiness of Locus Silentii quest line Location: You can initiate the quest in the Base Zone in the right wing of the building.

You can obtain the keys in the following places:

First key: Defeat the Formidable Foe in the Base Zone in the left wing of the building to obtain the Access Authentication.

Second key: Head to the Master Control Zone and find the Man With Luscious Hair. Talk to him five times, and he will give you the Corporate Access Authentication.

Third key: Head to the Storage Room and interact with the control devices scattered around the area to activate the pathways. Reach the top and find the Thousand Stars Access Authentication.

Yep, you read that right! There is a magical toilet hidden inside the space station with can be used as a pretty pointless teleport station!

Reward: 1 Condensed Aether / 20 HertareumsLocation: You can initiate the quest in the Supply Zone.

After you reached the area, head to a corner in the middle of the room, and you will find a suspicious looking toilet! If you choose to interact with it, you will receive a funny little monologue, and you can even sit on it to start the teleport process.

After that, you will find yourself in another part of the space station, where a confused NPC wants to talk to you! Which is quite understandable after you just came out of a toilet? …

In total, there are six little robots on the space station. Find and shut down all of them in order to receive your rewards.

Reward: Hertaeum / Adventure LogsLocation: You can find the robots around the Base Zone, Supply Zone and Storage Zone.

Robots in the Base Zone:

The Base Zone robots are not that easy to find since one of them is locked behind the triple key card door, which we covered in the list above. The other one is not that well hidden.

Robots in the Supply Zone:

The robots in the Supply Zone do not require any puzzles, and you can just shut them down after finding them on the upper floor.

Robots in the Storage Zone:

The Storage Zone robots aren't very well hidden as well, and you can find and deactivate them on the second floor in said area.

After that's done, you will also receive an achievement called "Bzzt! Clock Out!".

Hearing strange voices in your head isn't a good sign most of the time. However, this one will give us a well deserved reward if we follow it!

Reward: 20 Hertaeum / 5000 CreditsLocation: You can initiate the quest in the Storage Zone.

In order to start the quest, head to the upper floor in the Storage Zone. You will find a cage in the marked area. Go into it and you will hear a strange voice.

Interact with the little note on the floor and read what it says. You will find out about an Unbearable Weight, which you have to find. Luckily said item isn't even that far away!

On the second floor of the Storage Zone, you can find a Curio. Interact with it in order to unlock the achievement "No King Rules Forever". This achievement gives you the ability to read the strange note you found earlier.

Head back to the cage in order to complete the quest and get your rewards!

So if you ever get bored in Honkai Star Rail, it's time to complete some hidden missions! Did you find any of these already? The toilet one really caught me off guard …
